What I carry depends on the season. Here in North East ohio it gets pretty cold, so an iwb is out for most of the winter months. With people wearing more layers of clothing I like to have a heavier caliber round. The glocks 23 in .40 s&w fits my winter wear pretty well. I wear an owb desantis molded leather holster that I’ve had for 10 years (didn’t use it though for 7 or 8 years) for easy access while keeping my rig concealed. During the warmer days when I wear fewer layers I carry my 9mm Glock 43 in an alien gear cloak tuck 2.0 holster. This holster is super comfortable, great retention, amazing warranty and, c’mon, free shell trades (although at the price, I bought one for both of my carry guns). I also love how concealable it is, with the ability to tuck my shirt in around it, my boss forgets that I carry at the office. He’s actually pretty impressed that it conceals so well. And the knife, well, it’s just an old winchester I’ve had for 25 years.

Women are crossing over to the world of firearms at a record pace, and this includes concealed carry. I am a believer in Springfield quality and love the way the xds feels in my hand and on my side. I combine the xds with the Crossbreed Supertuck which is by far the most comfortable yet durable holster I have ever worn. A good blade and a good light wrap up the total daily carry package.

3. I carry the HK VP9 In an Onyx IWB because it is by far the most
comfortable holster that I have ever worn. There was no break in
period for the holster, it felt extremely comfortable to me from day
one. I’m tall guy so I can carry a full size, and the HK VP9 is an
amazing firearm. Accurate, reliable, and feels perfect in my hand.

4. Picture attached. I carry Federal HST +P Ammo, an OLIGHT S1 Baton,
keysmart keyholder because I hate having full pockets and that helps A
LOT. Spyderco Knife, and APIT 50 BMG because you never know when you
need to shoot down a communist helicopter! (Kidding)

I carry a Glock 19 reason I carry  it feels good in my hand its always reliable and it’s never failed me on the range. I carry it in in an IWB alien gear holster feels great comfortable I forget it’s even there. I also carry two Benchmade knives and a Leatherman Charge.

I carry a Smith and Wesson M&P Shield 9mm in a rawdog tactical iwb holster. I love the Shield because it is very thin and light, and easy to shoot. I also really enjoy the holster because it’s incredibly comfortable to wear, has good retention an is made very well.

This combination allows me to carry all day comfortably and securely.

I carry a Springfield Armory XDSC 9mm in an Alien Gear Cloak Tuck 3.0.  I carry this gun because it’s compact and fairly easily concealable yet it holds an ample amount of rounds and it’s just a great gun to shoot and you just can’t go wrong with an alien gear holster they are incredibly comfortable even for all day usage!

3. Why I Carry That Particular Gun In That Particular Holster, Medium between 45 and 9mm. Holds more than my 1911 and punches a little more than my 9mm. Appendix carry is easier to draw from standing and sitting than strong side.

I have a FNH FNS 40 compact carried in an Alien Gear OWB holster.  Love the 14+1 in the compact with a great FN gun.

I carry a Springfield xds 3.3 45 acp. This particular gun jumps around a lot with a 45 acp so I use a heavier stainless steel recoil spring.

I used a kydex holster made by ” we plead the second” at with a 15 degree belt clip on it.

I carry this because of how slim it is and still being a 45 and its reliability Is great.

I’m a bigger guy and the 24/7C I carry is not a small compact pistol, it took me a long time to find a good conceal holster that would work for me until I found the alien gear 2.0 IWB. Amazing comfort, adjustability and even with the larger mag in the pistol I don’t have any serious printing issues unless I’m bending at a weird angle or something.

I carry a Glock42.

I carry recently started carrying it in a Braids wallet holster that can be unsnapped for front pocket carry.

I wanted the wallet holster for better concealment. I am a roofer who travels a lot for work, and when I’m working it’s usually unbearably hot, so i go shirtless or just throw on an unbuttoned sleeveless shirt to run into a gas station for an after-work refreshment, or what-have-you. With that kind of attire, my IWB carry could show quite often, or I would tuck a bandanna over it (which in a bad neighborhood could mean one thing or another to the wrong scum-bag). I also carried IWB with normal clothes on, and not liking long hanging shirts and not liking to have my T-shirt tucked in, it could also show quite easily after bending, stretching and moving around for hours. Basicly, I don’t like to dress around my firearms, I like my firearms to fit my dress; not that I wear a dress, mind ya 😉

I’ve had many different holsters and the wallet holster is quickly becoming my go-to of choice; it’s quick, it stays concealed and is comfortable if you aren’t sitting on a hard surface. They all have their pros and cons, but for a cc option that is super quick and easy, I like the wallet holster.

What I carry?- Glock 17 Gen 4 with Streamlight TLR 3 with 2 spare mags

What do I carry in? – MEK IWB Kydex holster
Spare mags in an Uncle Mikes double stack dual mag carrier

Why? – The Glock 17 is such a durable and reliable gun along with a 17 round magazine capacity so a lot of punch in this gun. I also added the light for dark areas and at night (doesn’t hurt to have one) and the MEK brand holster because it’s comfortable and makes the Glock disappear it’s great. The two spare mags are more of a just in case. I’d rather have to much ammo then not enough.
