President Biden is considering executive action on gun control in the wake of two mass shootings in less than a week, White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Tuesday. 

Psaki did not specify what action Biden might take.

“We are considering a range of levers, including working through legislation, including executive action,” Psaki told reporters. “That has been under discussion and will continue to be under discussion.”

It’s that old chestnut. Dude goes to Florida, gets on top of a large hotel and decides to parachute off it. Parachute doesn’t open. They have to mop him off the sidewalk.

A man plunged to his death in Florida after his parachute failed to open when he jumped from a hotel balcony, authorities said.

The unidentified man leaped from the 14th-floor balcony of the Sunrise Beach Resort Sunday evening in Panama City Beach, news station WMBB reported.

He had been attempting to BASE jump — an activity in which people leap from a building or antenna, among other fixed objects — but his parachute didn’t open in time, the outlet reported.
