Hillary Clinton…a history of gun hate just in time for 2016

Tue, 05/13/2014 - 11:04

It may come as no surprise to my readers that I do not care for Hillary Clinton.  She comes off as just slimy and I don’t trust her.  And heck, Al Rove may be right and she does have brain damage from a fall in 2012.

Mom Passes the Buck to Homeowner When Her Criminal Son Gets Shot During Burglary

Tue, 05/13/2014 - 10:41

Another case of complete ineptitude on the behalf of a parent in never believing that THEIR child could do ANYTHING wrong so it must be the bad senior citizen whose house her son innocently tried to robs fault.  I try to steer away from blaming parents for the crimes of their children…sometimes kids are just bad, but when you attack a law abiding gun owning senior citizen because they protected their home after your son invaded it with malicious intent…then shame on you.

Supreme Court’s Inaction Fails Gun Owners Again

Tue, 05/13/2014 - 10:04

Once again the faith that some gun owners hold in the US Supreme Court to do the right thing in regards to the 2nd Amendment was proven baseless.

Congressman Laying Groundwork For Executing American Citizens

Wed, 05/07/2014 - 22:07

No doubt the US government can snuff out the life of one innocent anonymous American citizen without giving it too much thought, but when it comes to systematically executing a group of armed citizens the federal government must first lay the groundwork in order to mollify the public.

Selling…or sellout? That is the question for a Maryland Gun Dealer

Sun, 05/04/2014 - 21:29

I received a call Sunday afternoon by a producer from CBS News wanting to interview me on my thoughts about the owner of Maryland gun shop, Engage Armaments, retracting his idea of selling so called “smart” guns in his establishment.

Lies, Damned Lies, and LIE-berals

Sun, 04/27/2014 - 22:01

For most of you I don’t need to tell you that liberals love to lie in order to get their way.  They lie with misleading statistics, they lie with overblown rhetoric, they lie with dogs and rise with fleas.

Sunday Funnies: Helping liberals “get” guns through colorful pictures

Sun, 04/27/2014 - 11:06

I read an online comic entitled Failure To Fire; self  proclaimed “first internet comic about gun culture in America.” While the authors are left leaning moderates they are pretty spot on when it comes to guns and it translates well and fairly into their work.  Outside of gun issues and their valid appreciation for hating on the hypocrite Dianne Feinstein, more traditional conservatives might not get into it but, as a libertarian, it’s a fun read to break up the constant onslaught of researching how mouth drooling gun control zealots are continually trying to strip away our rights.

Taxes: Tyranny or Modern Slavery?

Wed, 04/23/2014 - 20:13

Last week a majority of Americans filed their enslavement forms to the federal government.  Some were even unfortunate enough to have to pay the IRS MORE money for the simple right to live and work.

Is this treason?

Tue, 04/22/2014 - 19:08

At what point in the course of human events when it becomes necessary to dissolve the political bands and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, do we leave the notion of treason behind and embrace the liberty of revolution?

LA Cops “accidentally” shoot two innocent hostages

Sat, 04/12/2014 - 10:41

In a tragic story out of Los Angeles, LA County Sherriffs killed a hostage that they mistook for a knife wielding maniac.

A  911 caller told dispatchers a man with a 10-inch butcher knife was threatening people. So when Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies saw a wounded, bloody man rush out of a West Hollywood apartment with someone following him, they opened fire.

Of course, the second innocent hostage, 30 year old John Winkler, fleeing for his life didn’t have a knife on him because well…he was an innocent hostage FLEEING FOR HIS LIFE.  Unfortunately that means that he fled right into a hail of bullets by some trigger happy cops.  But apparently the cops feel bad about it so somehow that makes it ok.  In a statement released by the LA County Sherriff’s Dept, the entire department mourned Winkler’s death.

Well bully for them.  Oh, on top of killing the 2nd innocent hostage trying to flee the knife wielding maniac, they also managed to shoot the FIRST fleeing hostage as well, the one with the knife wound in the neck.  Miraculously, no thanks to the LA Deputies, the first victim they shot seems to have lived.

After shooting the two innocent men, deputies entered the apartment, found the actual suspect with the final hostage and arreste

CA Denies Hero Cop CCW Because She Collects Disability…Way To Stay Classy Cali

Fri, 04/11/2014 - 10:47

In 2009, Ally Jacobs, a police officer at UC Berkeley, was credited for helping crack the 18 year long kidnapping case where Jaycee Dugard was abducted by Phillip and Nancy Garrido. Jacobs intuition and deductive skills led to the rescue of the victime and she was hailed as a hero.  Now, since Jacobs recently retired due to medical reasons she is getting a nice boot to the face by the State of California.

You see, in California, under state law, retired cops are entitled to a permit to carry a concealed weapon. But Jacobs was told she was ineligible for a retired officer card with an endorsement to carry a concealed weapon because since she is receiving disability income she isn’t considered “retired.”

Now, I have my own issues with cops getting a greenlit shall issue CCW while other law abiding citizens in the Golden State must jump through hoops and are dependent on the whims of the issuing authority, but now it seems that the powers that be are turning on their own.

This type of semantic judo that California is trying to perform in order to deny the right to keep and bear arms is even MORE disgusting than usual.  Where your average citizen must deal with the tyrannical laws that have been set up to deny them their rights, Allison Jacobs has the law on her side

Federal Shocktroopers Nearly Murder Family Who Dared Film Them As They Stole Their Cattle

Thu, 04/10/2014 - 10:12

Here is another example of the need for the 2nd Amendment.

The case of Cliven Bundy and his stand against government oppression for the past 20 years may result in a trigger happy fed murdering him in cold blood.

The gist of it comes down to the fact that in 1993, the government levied a tax on the land that Bundy’s family has used since the 1880′s in a roundabout attempt to drive him bankrupt and ensure that he could not pass his ranch on to his son.

Now they are moving in armed troops to steal Bundy’s cattle.

Just like bogus Eminent Domain cases that result in campaign kickbacks and immoral quid quo pro practices, the federal government is trying to disguise their crime by saying this action is to “protect” the desert tortoise.

But the local politicians in Nevada aren’t buying it.  Clark County Commissioner Tom Collins said of the situation:

“The U.S. government has perpetrated a bigger fraud on people over those tortoises than Al Capone did selling swampland in Miami.”

And just like the heavy handed tactics of a Chicago mobster the feds have loaded the area with guns, men and bullets (

Gun Controllers Proved Wrong AGAIN as Student Goes On STABBING Spree

Wed, 04/09/2014 - 09:55

In Murrysville Pennsylvania, a scant 15 miles away from Downtown Pittsburgh a student has been arrested for going on a stabbing spree wherein some 20 students were injured, seven of which have life threatening injuries.

Franklin Regional High School was the scene of the carnage as the unnamed student entered in the building a little after 7am and started running through the halls stabbing people.  Emergency Management Spokesman for Westmoreland County, Dan Stevens, had this to say:

“School was in session and students were arriving for morning classes. It happened in numerous classrooms and the hallways.”

The suspect, a male student who attends Franklin Regional, is in custody.

Elementary school was cancelled before any students arrived.  The middle and high school’s were placed on lockdown and students were only being released to their parents.

More information about motive and the extent of damage will come with time.

But I want to bring up a few points now.  First, despite what gun controllers would have us believe, getting rid of guns DOES NOT get rid of people going on spree killings.  If they can’t get a gun legally they’ll get one illegally, if they can’t get one illegally they’ll get

Bang, I saved a life – Second Amendment Song that puts it into perspective

Tue, 04/08/2014 - 11:06

One of my favorite parts of running bulletsfirst.net is the interaction that I am fortunate enough to have with readers from across the country.  Therefore I was thrilled when I received a song from one among you that encapsulates the meaning behind the 2nd Amendment while putting it to a catchy tune.  The song also nails it on the head where they place blame on why criminal shootings happen.

John Chaffee wrote and produced “Bang” in Nashville Tennessee with Perry Danos providing the vocals.

Personally, I love the song so I thought I would share it will all of you.

Hopefully it can get some traction out on the internet and some people who may be ignorant of the 2nd Amendment can hear it and have it sink in.  That’s the great thing about music sometimes, you can learn something and not even realize it.

Take a listen, I hope you enjoy:

The lyrics hit spot on the positives of gun ownership, self defense, sporting, and inherent liberty while also highlighting that criminals are criminals and the gun is just a tool.  In good hands it can save a life and as such the right should not be denied to the law abiding.

Military Bases Are Gun Free Zones…Once Again, THAT’S The Problem

Thu, 04/03/2014 - 11:02

There is a common misconception among the civilian population that US Military bases are full of armed soldiers walking around ready at all times to repel attack.  On US soil, that couldn’t be further from the truth.

The truth of the matter is that US Military bases are treated like gun control cities regardless of what state they happen to be in.  Soldiers on all military installations, including Fort Hood, are not armed while on post, nor are they permitted to carry any privately owned firearms. Only law enforcement and security personnel are allowed to have weapons on post.

From the Department of Defenses Regulations:

The authorization to carry firearms shall be issued only to qualified personnel when there is a reasonable expectation that life or DoD assets will be jeopardized if firearms are not carried. Evaluation of the necessity to carry a firearm shall be made considering this expectation weighed against the possible consequences of accidental or indiscriminate use of firearms. DoD personnel regularly engaged in law enforcement or security duties shall be armed.

That basically makes Military Installations in the United States giant “Gun Free Zones” where the people who reside therein are denied the right to keep and bear arms in o

Forget Birds and Stones: British Sniper Kills 6 Terrorists With 1 Bullet

Wed, 04/02/2014 - 12:48

As the old adage goes, it is a good thing to be able to kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

How great is it then for the (as of now) unnamed 20 year old Lance Corporal to stop a violent terrorist attack from ever happening when he shot the TRIGGER SWITCH from a suicide bomber from over 930 YARDS AWAY.

In making this incredible shot not only did the Lance Cpl kill the bomber but also the five fellow Taliban terrorists next to him.

While this action happened in December it has only been recently made public.  The incident took place in Southern Afghanistan in an area called Kakaran.

Lt Col Richard Slack, commanding officer of 9/12 Royal Lancers, said the Lance Cpl. prevented a major attack by the Taliban, as another suicide vest packed with 44lbs of high explosives was found nearby.

And don’t go thinking this soldier is some one trick pony either.

On a previous engagement the Lance Cpl. shot an enemy machine gunner from a distance of 1465 yards (about 1 football field shy of a mile).

But back to half dozen kills with a single bullet.

The snipers group was under assault by 20 or so insurgents.

LTC Stack explains the events:

“The guy was wearing a vest. He was identified by the sniper moving down a tree line and coming
