Fed Court Finds Search, Seizure Of Guns Ok Without Warrant Or Evidence Of Crime
A U.S. circuit court of appeals gave its blessing last week to the search of a gun enthusiast’s home, as well as the seizure of her weapons, while lacking both search warrant and evidence that she had committed a crime.

Feds Hit Online Gun Stores With “High Risk” Label
Some online guns stores say they are being targeted by the Obama administration. Federal regulators have classified those stores as “high risk” along with porn stores and head shops. Critics slam the move as an unfair way to put gun dealers out of business.

Bullet Proof Vests Don’t Always Work
Anderson County Deputy Coroner Don McCown said Blake Randall Wardell was hanging around with some other people in a garage at that location when he put on a bullet proof vest they had found.
Wardell asked the others in the garage to shoot him, and the shot from a small caliber weapon went above the Kevlar of the vest and into his heart, killing him, according to McCown.
The coroner’s office has ruled the shooting a homicide.

I would have put a watermelon inside the vest to test it out rather than wearing it. You can always get another watermelon in the event that the vest fails, but you only get one life. A sad tragedy that could have been avoided.
Breaking: AAC Employees Offered Packages
Behind closed doors at the Advanced Armament Corporation facility in Lawrenceville, Georgia, Remington Outdoor Company told employees that AAC will be moving in February 2015. Our source inside AAC says all AAC employees were offered severance packages and told they could reapply for open positions at ROC’s new Huntsville, Alabama megafacility.
