Young Woman Shot Dead Shortly After Finding GPS Tracker On Her Car
Abigail Saldaña, 22, took to Instagram and shared a video of a GPS tracker that she found attached to her car. Her mother confirmed that her daughter knew she was being stalked, but does not think she went to police with the information.
Saldaña was found dead, shot once in the arm and back, after 911 calls were made reporting a vehicle that was speeding and ultimately crashing. This happened just 2 weeks after the tracker was found.
Two Teens Fatally Shot After Forcing Their Way Into Home
FAYETTEVILLE, NORTH CAROLNA – Two teens were shot to death as they forcibly entered a home around 5 p.m. Saturday. Police received a call from a resident in the 6500 block of Brookstone Lane, who reported shooting two people who had forced their way inside. That is the location of the one- and two- bedroom Brookstone Apartments.
Hunter Markham, 19, and a 17-year-old whose name isn’t being released because of his age, were pronounced dead at the scene.

Armed Man Shoots Truck Thief In The Head Is Now Facing Murder Charges
A couple was staying in their trailer outside of their home while doing renovations, and their pickup truck was parked just in front. One night, some bad guys rolled up to steal the truck, and the homeowner noticed that something was off.
He goes outside and walks right up to his truck’s window to yell at the man trying to drive away with it, and then he pulls out his gun and fires, striking the thief in the head.
Neighbor Shoots Neighbor During Window Smashing Incident
WICHITA, KANSAS – A man was shot by a homeowner Monday evening while smashing the windows of his home. Wichita police were called to a disturbance between neighbors in the 2500 block of East Wilma.
Officers responded at around 7 p.m. Monday to a disturbance between two neighbors in the 2500 block of East Wilma Street. On arrival, the found a 40-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital where he was listed in critical condition.

29-Year-Old Shot And Killed Over Parking Spot
ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A man is dead after police say he got into an argument with another man over a parking spot on Saturday.
Gilbert Bush was trying to park in a spot where Charles Edward Bentley was standing with a group of friends. The two got into an argument and Bentley pulled out a gun and shot Bush multiple times, St. Petersburg police said in a statement.

Father Shot By Son After Being Mistaken For Intruder
MILL CREEK WASHINGTON — A 63-year-old man was shot by his son early Friday morning inside a home. The victim called 911 and reported being shot by his son after being mistaken for a burglar.
According to Mill Creek police, around 12:30 a.m. the son fired several shots toward a person that he thought was an intruder. At least one bullet struck his father, who was transported to an area hospital with what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.

Teen Fatally Shoots Cousin To Save Their Aunt’s Life
INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA — A woman’s life was likely saved by one of her nephews who shot another nephew who was brutally attacking her early Sunday morning. The victim spoke with a local media outlet and provided a personal account of the incident, which occurred just after 3 a.m. at her home in the 500 block of Eugene Street.
According to her, a 28-year-old nephew came to her home and became upset with her when she refused to let him enter the house.

Shotgun Vs. Bear Doesn’t Go According To Plan
Some animals are absolute beasts, and can overcome certain death. A Canadian man found that out when he tried to scare off some bears from his property with a warning shot from his shotgun.
All that did was annoy momma bear, and she began sprinting towards him.
The man fires a second shot directly at the bear, striking her from a close distance. As one commenter mentioned, it seemed as if the bear stubbed her toe before continuing forward.

We teach to avoid conflict, and do whatever possible to deescalate a bad situation. That’s not on everyone’s mind, though, and provoking or escalating an already tense situation can lead to terrible outcomes.
The video below shows a domestic dispute between two men, and things get out of control in just seconds. Walking away, not poking the bear, and remaining calm are all things that would have likely resulted in all parties going home at the end of that day.

Concealed Carrier Shoots And Kills Armed Robbery Suspect
OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA — A suspect is dead after police say he was shot and killed by one of the people he was trying to rob. It happened near a U-Haul facility Monday night and while details are slim, this seems to be a solid case of self-defense.
Police said the suspect approached two people, pulled out a gun, and demanded their property. According to the report, one of the victims then pulled out his own weapon and shot the alleged robber.

Florida Man Attempts To Steal Snickers At Knifepoint From Gas Station
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA — I’ve lived in Florida now for 5 years, and I can absolutely confirm that ‘Florida Man’ is a thing.
Police say a man entered a WaWa gas station in Clearwater and asked the clerk for some free food. When he was denied, he allegedly pulled out a knife and attempted to take a Snickers bar.
“Don’t make me do something stupid for a Snickers bar,” the suspect said to the clerk.

Things aren’t looking good for conventions again with another rise in covid cases, which forced last year’s NRA Convention to be canceled, as well as SHOT Show which takes place in Vegas every January.
Further, exhibitors are pulling out, citing concerns with being in confined spaces with thousands of people. The last thing they want is to bring covid back to their facilities.

No Winners In Motel Melee And Shooting
DETROIT, MICHIGAN – A chaotic early morning encounter at a motel left three men in critical condition after a fight, vehicular assault, and shooting. According to police, a 27-year-old woman was involved in an argument with her boyfriend around 1 a.m. at a motel on Grand River Avenue near West Seven Mile Road.
She called her brothers to come over, presumably for moral support. When the brothers, ages 21 and 24, rolled up, the boyfriend exited the motel and opened fire on them.

[VIDEO] Road Rage Suspect Throws Hammer Into Driver’s Windshield
Road rage is something that happens every single day, and sometimes it can turn violent in a hurry. A driver was attempting to merge onto a road when another vehicle was doing the same thing.
“As they traveled northbound, the Jeep’s driver continued to honk so our victim took the Ballinger Way exit to avoid a freeway confrontation,” authorities said.
Moments later, the driver of the Jeep sped ahead of the other driver and stopped.
