Man Posing As Delivery Driver Forces His Way Into Woman’s Home
CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA — A man posing as an Amazon delivery worker entered a woman’s house and locked the door behind him…but she wasn’t in her River Hills Court home alone Monday morning when it happened.
The woman told police that a man wearing an Amazon vest rang her doorbell. When she opened her front door, he asked if a package had been delivered to her by mistake. She told him no, then closed her door.

Armed Robbers No Match For Armed Gun Shop Employee
At least one of these guys laid down and took a nap, but I’m having trouble finding a news story to go along with this footage.
This video is a pretty good example of training paying off, in my opinion, and the importance of carrying with a round in the chamber. The good guy in this instance was bouncing back and forth between threats like he was at the range shooting two pieces of steel.

GRAPHIC WARNING: Woman Sexually Assaulted By Man While Walking Down NYC Street
Police are still searching for a suspect, pictured above, in a broad daylight sexual assault of a woman as she was walking down the street. The suspect is seen approaching the woman from behind and when he sees an opportunity, he runs up behind her and tackles her to the ground.
News reports say the suspect then forced his hand down her pants and sexually assaulted her as he had her pinned down.

Man Shot In The Groin After Drawing From The Drop
Rarely does a person win a gun fight if they already have a gun pointed at them, but the guard in the video below took the chance. There weren’t too many choices, and unfortunately the guard was shot in the groin by the bad guy, but was able to get a shot off and make the bad guy scramble.
Of course, knowing what is happening around you can help you avoid these situations, but we all know it’s impossible to see every threat that may be coming our way.

Armed Clerk Wins The Fight With Fast Draw And Patience
One of the scarier things in life is being faced with an armed bad guy, and if you’re going to fight back, knowing when to put that plan into motion is critical for survival.
The clerk in the video below had some great patience and waited for the armed bad guy to give him an opportunity to draw and fire. The draw as you’ll see is incredibly fast, and he showed restraint and patience that not many people possess.

An armed robber, who seemed to be alone, targeted some brothers on the street and ended up getting to a fight over the gun. The brothers tag team the robber and seem to be getting the upper hand, until the robber’s two buddies come over to help. The result: All 3 armed robbers get away and both brothers were shot, one with serious injuries.

Woman Injured By Reported “Accidental” Discharge In Vehicle
MIAMI, FLORIDA – A woman was shot after picking up a bag that contained a loaded handgun while riding in a vehicle with her boyfriend, according to officials with the Florida Highway Patrol. The incident took place around 2:45 a.m. on the Dolphin Expressway near Northwest 17th Avenue.
According to FHP Lt. Alex Camacho, the woman was seated in the right front seat of a gray Dodge SUV as the couple was traveling east on the highway.

Homeowner Shoots Home Invasion Suspect After Being Stabbed
FORESTVILLE, MICHIGAN – A home invasion suspect was shot by a homeowner early Saturday morning and is now in police custody. According to a news release from the Sanilac County Sheriff’s Office, the incident occurred around 4:50 a.m. in the Village of Forestville.
A 911 call was received reporting the home invasion during which dispatchers were told that an occupant had been stabbed during the intrusion but was able to gain access to a firearm and shoot the suspect.

Robber Makes Mistake Of Going Back For More, Is Shot By Armed Citizen
SEFFNER, FLORIDA — A man is dead after he became a little too greedy, even for a criminal. Police say the robber approached a man on the road who was attempting to repair his broken-down truck. It all happened around 11 p.m. on Tuesday the 4th.
The robber announced his intentions, and the driver gave him numerous items. Police say the robber began to walk away, but he decided that he wanted more.

Man At Gun Range ND’s Right Into His Hand And Woman’s Stomach
CLEVELAND, OHIO — Two people were shot at a gun range in Cleveland on December 23rd when a man had a negligent discharge with his Glock 17.
Video of the incident was shared with media in the weeks after the event, and clearly shows what happened. The man took his Glock 17 out of his bag and began manipulating it while it was loaded and pointed at one of the women standing next to him.

Officer Fatally Shoots Driver During Traffic Stop Negligent Discharge
Every negligent discharge has a certain degree of cringe, but this one is on a whole other level given the circumstances and the outcome.
During a traffic stop, two police officers try to get a man out of his vehicle. When the one officer is attempting to do this, he still has his gun in his hand and when he’s trying to get the man out, negligently pulls the trigger and shoots the man in the back of the head.

Man Shot After Breaking Into Relative’s Home For The Third Time
WEDDINGTON, NORTH CAROLINA – A man was shot by a relative after breaking into their home and making threats of violence toward the occupants. Deputies from the Union County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 6000 block of Bluebird Hill Lane Wednesday to a reported breaking and entering of a home.
When deputies arrived on scene the suspect had already fled. One of the homeowners identified him as Tony Sanders II, 34, of Charlotte.
Dozens Of Firearms Taken In Gun Store Burglary
ASHEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA — A thief made off with several dozen firearms after ripping the front door off an Asheville gun store early Friday morning, according to police. The western location of Carolina Guns and Gear, located at 3106 Sweeten Creek Road in Asheville, was burglarized. The company also has a location in Asheboro, a city located in the central part of the state.
APD officers were able to review surveillance video footage of the crime.

Asian Restaurant Owner Shoots Man Dead As He Tried Robbing Cashier
YORK, PENNSYLVANIA — An unidentified 34-year-old man was shot and killed by the owner of an Asian restaurant after he tried robbing the cashier, according to police. The incident occurred just before 7 p.m. on January 4th.
Police say the restaurant owner was the one who fired the fatal shots, and the suspect was pronounced dead at the scene.
It is not clear if the suspect was actually armed or not.
