A group of fireman put their downtime to good use and created a fire hose hovercraft. Six hoses are connected to the contraption and as the pressure increases the fireman slowly lifts off the ground, spraying streams of water beneath his feet. This would undoubtedly be the coolest way to put out a fire.

This is what Zero does in-between takes. I wonder if this is actually a Russian thing, or just a fun way to work out. No matter what, it looks like a solid way to up the difficulty of the humble yet staple exercise.

Former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg released an ad called “Scenes from Everytown” to go along with the launch of his new pro gun-control group Everytown for Gun Safety.

In the video, two young children are playing hide-and-seek when a little girl discovers a firearm in the closet. As she cocks the hammer and the danger increases the video asks, “WILL YOU STOP THIS?” and implores the viewer to click on the screen, which redirects to Everytown.org, America Blog reports.

Everytown for Gun Safety is projected to spend upwards of $50-million against gun violence before the beginning of the 2014 midterm elections.

American Badass, Dale Comstock, opens up and gives a very personal reason why he prefers the AR-15 over any other weapon for home defense.

Comstock is an author, TV star, combat consultant, health nut and veteran. The recently released “American Badass” is Comstock’s inspirational tale of transitioning from boyhood to manhood, and how he succeeded in the U.S. Army. Comstock retired from the military in 2001 after serving as a Green Beret and in the Delta Force, among other things.
